Since 2020, Adir Zarian has built a career in residential construction management with hands-on experience across a wide range of multifamily and single-family developments. Starting as a site supervisor on a five-unit townhouse project, he quickly transitioned into project management, supporting a company that scaled from managing 7–8 projects at a time to 17 concurrent builds. Over the past four years, Adir has successfully completed more than 30 projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and city officials to deliver quality results.

Project portfolio highlights include managing single-family residences, townhouse-style apartments, ADUs, duplexes, and public works projects — demonstrating both technical expertise and entrepreneurial initiative.
